Wow! Things have really been crazy lately. I was down and out due to medical issues. It kept me down for over a month. After an army of doctors, tons of tests and some medication, I’m feeling GREAT!

 

During this time I had to make some very tough decisions. All of my doctors said I needed to reduce my stress levels. When that many doctors say something it’s time to listen.

 

I had a lot of BIG names involved in the creation of this thing I had to shelve for now. It was something that would help all the new to intermediate Internet Marketers. I’m sad I couldn’t help them in the grand capacity this would have been able to do but I must listen and do what’s right.

 

Above everything, health is the most important. Without it, you have NOTHING! While the decision was hard, I really do feel better because of it. I really want to watch my kids grow and have their own families. I want to grow old with my wife. That’s very important to me.

 

So to get in line with reducing stress I have a very important question: WHY in the world would you try and learn and DO EVERYTHING!? I’m also really liking Bob Jenkin’s new thing. It’s about getting Internet Marketers healthy. Many of us are fat because we just sit around a computer all day, on the computer. Yes, I said fat. Well in my last post you heard that stress was getting to me. I seem to be doing better now and want to share something with you. I know that people who work at home or on their computers all the time sometimes isolate themselves. Some Internet Marketers are like hermits, hiding in their home office all day long, only coming up only to eat. That’s not healthy for you or your family life. You have to have a work life balance.
